Building Global Leaders

Over the course of six-seven weeks, SCIP leaders are able to grow and refine their communicative, entrepreneurial, collaborative, technical, and creative skills through team projects. Through the exploration of various areas of the corporate world, such as digital marketing, journalism, I.T., fundraising, etc., interns can explore potential professions as well as discover and cultivate new career interests.

Through the Summer Executive Leadership Program, SCIP leaders gain the necessary tools and experiences to thrive in the corporate world, develop long-lasting relationships within a supportive community, and further chart their path towards success.

Our Mission

Program Levels

College + MBA

(C-SCIP + M-SCIP)

Collaborate on projects through a hands-on, experiential learning approach.
Brainstorm and execute ideas for branded content.
Develop technical skills on various digital platforms.
Expand their portfolio with new materials to showcase their achievements and skills.
Attend professional workshops with guest speakers to learn more about professionalism, the corporate world, leadership skills, and financial literacy.
Network with fellow interns as well as executives from leading companies and organizations.

High School

(H-SCIP)

Workshops that sharpen writing, team building, leadership development and presentation skills.
Seminars on how to prepare a resume, complete job and college applications, and interview skills.
Networking with executives from leading companies and organizations.
Participation in Business and STEM education workshops and seminars.
Visits to corporate offices as well as cultural and academic institutions.
Golf and tennis instruction in order to enhance networking opportunities.
