High school students take part in H-SCIP which is a rigorous training program designed to prepare highschoolers to work in a corporate environment. Undergraduate and graduate students apart of C-SCIP and M-SCIP programs gain hands on experience by partaking in corporate internships, educational seminars, and network with industry professionals in different fields through business summits and career expos.
SCIP students are trained through varying programs based on their educational levels. From High school to Masters students can start their corporate journey through a series of developmental workshops in the business and stem fields, enabling them to gain core skills such as writing, team building, leadership, analysis and teamwork, which are honed throughout the program.

Annual National Business Leadership Conference and Exposition
In the Fall, SCIP hosts an annual Golf Classic fundraising event at the Ballyowen Golf Course in Hamburg, New Jersey. Business professionals, supporters, and young leaders gather for a day of golf. Proceeds go toward SCIP's High School Fellowship Program, a continuation of SCIP's Executive Summer Leadership Program.
Young Women's Diversity Forum
Each October and March SCIP gathers bright young women for an empowerment breakfast forum. SCIP celebrates the continuting efforts to draw attention to gender diversity and engaging more women into leadership roles, notably in Finance, Business, and STEM.

"Toast to Excellence" Wine Tasting Event
Each June, over 200 professionals come out to support SCIP, network, and to learn about wine, enjoy spectacular rooftop views, and savor local restaurant selections while dancing the night away. All attendees are provided tasting notes.
"An Evening With The Stars" Awards Gala
The Annual Awards Gala brings together SCIP's dedicated supporters and honors corporations and individuals who have distinguished themselves and their companies by successfully demonstrating a strong commitment to service. On this night, notable SCIP Alumni are also recognized for their achievements.
