SCIP College and MBA Programs

Five C-SCIP interns dressed in business attire smiling.

At SCIP, we know that the best way to prepare for a successful career in business is by gaining real-world experiences. We offer corporate internships to students from all disciplines in order to give them the best opportunity to learn about workplaces and develop their skills.

Through the C-SCIP program, interns  network with industry professionals, participate in educational seminars, and work with successful mentors. We strive to give our interns meaningful and rewarding experiences that will elevate them in the corporate world.

C-SCIP

"SCIP has given me the opportunity to express my creative talents and expose myself to new fields of education. I hope I have the opportunity to join SCIP again in the future."

Benjamin Tang, 2023

"At SCIP I learned how to work with others in a work environment. I would be interested to join Scip again, and be a part of a different group so that I could gain experience in different fields."

Nicholas Tang, 2022

"The SCIP Executive Summer Leadership Program is my first internship and it is most definitely one of the most challenging tasks I’ve been presented with. ... one word I would use to describe my time at SCIP is “Uplifting,” because of the vast amount of support, guidance, and mentorship I have received from Mrs. Mancebo as well as all my fellow interns.

 Franceso P., 2022

"At SCIP, I grew and refined my interpersonal skills. As someone who normally works alone, I was able to push myself to take on leadership roles. Being a summer coordinator and leader of the journalism team allowed me to get out of my comfort zone and not only grow as a person but also as a leader. One of my favorite parts of being a SCIP intern was exploring my creativity in my writing to add a personal tone. I look forward to joining SCIP again!"

Sasha Guriel, 2022

"At SCIP I got the chance to improve my media skills by working collaboratively with teams. I was also given the chance to display my improvement with the tasks we were assigned."

Elizabeth Nazginov, 2022

"At SCIP I got the chance to be exposed to new online platforms, such as EditorX and Canva that promote online presence and construct websites. With Canva I learned how to create advertisements, posts, invitations, and newsletters that would enhance SCIP’s online presence."

Namra Jahanzaib, 2022

"During my time at SCIP I learned how to be a leader for a team. I really felt as if I was pushing my team forward and making a good project. The SCIP staff were also really supportive and flexible. Going forward, I am going to apply my leadership skills to other projects and feel more confident when taking on new challenges."

Savion Watson, 2023

"I have learnt many things that encircle the business realm in relation to growth. Being in a rather different field of study, I have learnt many aspects of a business and the building processes along with teamwork! I hope to learn more about the expansions that SCIP has for the future and would like to be a part of that exciting new venture!"

Tricia Ramcharran, 2023

"During my time at SCIP, I gained a deep understanding of competitive web-building strategies and techniques. A key lesson I gleaned from SCIP is the art of turning raw assets/resources into strategic foresight. This skill will be invaluable in my future endeavors."

Ramos Fu, 2023

"This internship has given me the chance to express my creative side while also giving me the chance to write about current events in the world in such insightful pieces of writing. I feel confident in a business environment thanks to this internship..."

Michael Cresente, 2023

"I can honestly say SCIP has helped me get to where I am today because of the incredible students that I have met and worked with during our events. I am truly proud to be able to represent SCIP and the family that it has created"

Alyssa Romero, 2022

" ...I have taken on leadership roles that allowed me to work alongside other interns with varying experience levels and to strategize ways for efficiently utilizing our strengths while improving our weaknesses ... One word that would sum up my time with SCIP would be “Enriching” because I am constantly improving and growing as a result of the numerous opportunities I have had to lead and learn from others."

Shania A., 2022

"I am always looking for ways to improve myself as a leader, and the Summer Executive Leadership Program has given me the opportunity to do so while also providing a great learning experience ... A word that best describes my time here is “Valuable,” because everything I learn throughout this internship will be used in my life long past my time at SCIP."

Neoma A., 2022

"At SCIP, I have gained an amazing amount of experience in being a leader as well as the corporate world. Working with the design team allowed me to explore my interests and improve my designs. I was able to learn from everyone around me and give them feedback as well. If I were to have the chance to participate in SCIP again, I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment."

Anika Khan, 2023

C-SCIP interns “learn by doing” in this impactful program through year-round hands-on business and professional projects.

Interns learn how to collaborate with each other on a number of team projects through the help of corporate mentorship and professional leadership. In addition, our young global leaders sharpen their skills in resourcefulness, leadership, content writing, design, and fundraising.

These are skills that many students, both past and present, have utilized when applying for high-level jobs and internships in their respective fields. Freshmen and sophomores in the C-SCIP Program are also able to be a part of the Emerging Leaders Summit.
