Introducing a Brilliant Investment:
Young Global Leaders
Owning Their Power

Our Mission

To "Enlighten, Employ, and Empower" diverse and highly focused students for successful careers. We do this by guiding interns to developing their entrepreneurial mindsets and communicative skills through corporate mentorship, leadership development, and hands-on collaborative team projects.

Why SCIP?

The Selective Corporate Internship Program (SCIP) is a national award-winning 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that corporate partners attend to recruit prospective employees.

In all of our divisions, the young global leaders, our interns, collaborate with corporate partners to expand SCIPs global reach through a bilateral learning approach.

SCIP provides students with mentors who assist in developing a strong work ethic, and enables them to identify and take advantage of future opportunities when they enter the corporate world.

Throughout the year, SCIP holds numerous leadership and educational summits, diversity forums, and career expos in which corporate partners attend to recruit prospective employees.

3L Law Student at Rutgers Law School - Newark; Incoming Associate at DLA Piper in New York, SCIP Alumnus

"... I started SCIP as a young leader during the summer leading into my sophomore year. The internship helped me develop a stronger work ethic ... At SCIP, you know that your co-leaders and Mr. and Mrs. Mancebo will always challenge you to be the best you can be. Most internships, jobs, and academic activities don’t put that kind of investment into their people."

"As a teenager, SCIP gave me exposure to professional fields that I may have not looked at or taken interest in. It is important that young people see all walks of life and the SCIP program gave me an early introduction as to the roles and responsibilities adults must face on a day to day basis."
